BRANDING + MOTION DESIGN + INTERACTIVE + AUDIO + LIVE ACTION

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta needed more than a donation kiosk — they needed something that could stop a parent or visitor mid-stride in a hospital lobby and make giving feel meaningful in the moment.

As creative director, I led the design and animation team behind a two-screen interactive installation: a prompt screen with a QR code invited visitors to donate from their phone, triggering the creation of a unique animated forest creature on screen that leapt into a living, growing forest scene populated by every animal generated before it. Working closely with the technical team to create game-engine ready assets, we built an experience where each donation became a visible part of something larger.

The installation drove 100 Donations in the first 90 days and over 2,000 Donations in the first 7 months, all directly from the lobby. A passive environment was transformed into an active giving moment through real-time animation and emotional design.
